There is an unsaid conversation that is always going on between people. We speak with our eyes, our facial expressions, posture, body language, moods etc. We meet someone and in 30 seconds we have an impression of who they are. It is our invisible conversation, the conversation we are having but not speaking.
The conversation could be joyful or depressing, in resignation or ambition.. The conversation could be about tomorrow or yesterday which stops us from being present. There are all kinds of conversations that go on in our mind that shows up in our being. Oh let’s not forget the conversations from our history or culture that we were born into.
We have power over our inner dialogue, our invisible conversation. All we have to do is to identify them, take what we want and leave the rest.
I am not going to lie and say it doesn’t take hard work to have power over our inner dialogue. There are thousands of training’s, and books to help transform our thinking and being. All I am saying is it is worth every moment to have our invisible conversations work for us.
WE CAN CHANGE OUR CONVERSATION which will change our life.

Interesting reminder of the importance of self-talk. http://WWW.Flylady.net is a big proponent of changing your inner voice.
Studies have shown that 95% of self talk is negative. So another good reason to pay attention and have it work for us.
Thank you for responding. It takes the world to help the students
