I have been on my journey for 25 years and I am walking the walk not just talking the walk.
What a difference time makes. It has been slow and fast, forward and backward and now I can contribute to the world in a confident educated way. I understand how to accesses my potential and power and to create my Invisible Conversation to work for me instead of against me. I have created seven steps to create the invisible conversation that I feel is empowering. One of the steps is to focus. The place to look from is what do you care about and what is important to you? Where do you want to put your time?

I chose this quote because at one time I couldn’t commit to a single area of my life. Anyway, I thought I couldn’t until recently I realized that I have been very focused. I have focused on the now and how to “be” here. I love it. I love transformation and learning about being. My path has taken me to to right here right now. I have arrived.
