I’ve shared a very similar dream. I am always looking for ways to incorporate the wonderful expertise of my friends and share success with them. It’s fun, and exciting, and you’re off to a great start when you know the values and dreams of these individuals first hand.

I also, not only believe in dreams coming true, but have been fortunate enough to have experienced real life dreams actually come true for me. Best of luck – follow those dreams and may they all come true for you!

Come on what about a sense of humor. Gossip can be fun. It can make us part of a group to know what is happening behind the scenes. Gossip should be the truth and seperate by acknowledged opinions and possible prejudices. I am more against rumors and lies.
What about making a habit of saying one or two good things about somebody everyday. I would rather be for something than against something. What about an email reminder to everyone – Have you said something positive about a co-worker today? __________. Have you said something positive about anyone outside of work today? ___________. You can carry that farther to – Have you said something positive to a co-worker today?_____.
I remember this from raising kids “tell them what to do instead of what not to do” Good karma to you, Virgil

How who knows you is more important than who knows you or who you know. Whom you are for the other is how they know you. How they know you is through your gestures, promises made and not kept, and all that you reveal. MG, you have a profound impact on revealing to us how others know us, and therefore, how who knows me knows me. Best!
