• They say that moving is one of the highest stresses one can encounter. I am in the process of relocating and I can tell you their right. It’s, looking at the past present and future all at the same time.

    Looking over the past; clothes, pictures, dishes serving pieces, grandmothers china and all that was stored in the shed for many years. It all brings back old memories and seems impossible to leave. In my case I had two homes and downsizing. Wow! What to do with everything? Exhausting! Fear sets in of the unknown, letting go and more letting go. I can’t forget the boxes that are coming. 100 boxes.

    A few weeks will pass and then the boxes will come and I’ll be ready to purge some more. Emotionally there is so much one can handle.

    The other side is transforming and moving to a new stage. I can choose to be excited, curious and light about it or fight it all the way. The choice I make will create my future and I want my future to be fun, light, curious, abundant, connected and very fulfilling.

    At the end of the day all of life is change/move/transform and it’s up to us how we handle it. Today I am creating the rest of my life and I’m excited.

  • My training has been in transformational work as well as image. I believe it is very unique to have both distinctions with as much practical experience as I have. We all have a conversation in our head that either stops us or propels us to greatness. If we can learn to be in the driver seat of our conversations inside and out we could then reach our highest potential and be of service to others.

    My gift is to help others be an observer of their conversations and learn to not be in reaction of their conversations that stop them from greatness. A conversation would look like, I can’t do it, I’m not good enough, I’m fat, I hate my body, no one likes me, I don’t deserve it.

    I have created an eBook called invisible conversations with a strategic plan to stay focused and have your goals (dreams) come true. It works and can be converted to a workbook, game, seminars as well as high-level speeches. I work with principals of schools and it lights them up, my corporate clients are so excited to learn the human side of results. Just think if someone understood how they observed life, be able to be in control of what works, not be a victim of what doesn’t they could transform their negative conversation inside and outside.

    When the way you look, appearance, body language, (mood) and the way you observe life is in alignment you can achieve greatness.

  • The life we create exists in conversations, several conversations actually, some spoken, some written down, many unspoken, some remembered, most forgotten, yet all put together over time. The best way to achieve our goals and learn and grow as individuals is to first understand who we are and how the conversations we have influence what we do. I refer to these conversations as our invisible conversations.

    Our invisible conversations entail our inner dialogue of judgments, evaluations, worries, and insecurities that we are having while we are interacting with others and which can keep us from being present or prevent us from achieving our goals. These are so powerful they can drive us to success or failure. They can impact who we are in a way that can propel us forward, bring us back, or completely stop us. They can make us dwell about the past or worry about the future.

    Your story is the mosaic, or interconnected elements, of all the conversations occurring throughout your life. We often forget that we have a choice in how we write this story. Some people live their lives without ever realizing what they truly care and love most about this world. One of the main reasons for this is that sometimes we aren’t very good at understanding who we are. While we may be really good at what we do, we sometimes don’t have a clue about how to control our thoughts. We can focus so much of our energy and attention on outside events that we can neglect understanding our inner self.

    Invisible Conversation is a guide to understanding and becoming aware of the conversations that you have about yourself and others that stand in the way of your success. Once we begin to understand why we have them and how we can change them, we can start being in control of our thoughts and not have our thoughts control us.

    The book Invisible Conversatons is divided into 7 distinct areas or subjects, which independently and together provide insight into the overall mosaic of invisible conversations, Each subject includes a set of practices or exercises to help you work on mastering that area. The practices are simple and easy to follow but require regular repetition plus, most importantly, a willingness to open your mind and heart to understanding more about who you are.

  • Let’s have fun and create a strategy to be in the present. I believe if you’re focused and present there is the possibility to create enjoyment out of the overwhelm that happens to us all over and over again. It never ends, we need to control it by being present to the NOW

    Present is a discipline that when practiced can be achievable. There is only NOW everything else is in our head, in our invisible conversation that we have with ourselves It represents our fear insecurities, nervousness and worries. Oh yes there is our conversations that represent happiness and anticipation but none of it is real. All that is real is NOW

    Creating a future can only come from NOW or it isn’t creation. I am making a stand to all that reads this that I am committed to the NOW and the NOW represents, abundance, love, fun health, success and the ability to play as big as possible and even more.

    To the present, NOW and NOW and NOW.

    Step 1

    BE PRESENT

    Picture yourself looking into a dusty mirror. There is a film between you and your image of yourself. This film represents your inner conversation, inaudible to others, but preventing you from fully participating in your physical environment. You are not present.

    What are the symptoms of not being present?

    1. You are speaking to someone and you realized you didn’t hear a word they said
    2. You notice your leg is shaking or you catch yourself looking somewhere else
    3. Your thoughts are random
    4. You speak your opinions at a mile a minute rate
    5. You react to others without thinking

    What techniques assist you to Be Present?

    1. Attempt to repeat to yourself the last sentence of the speaker
    2. Take a deep breath
    3. Recognize when you are reacting or having random thoughts
    4. Designate 5 minutes a day to consider your challenges and goals
    5. Begin to notice everything around you
    6. Look in the mirror for a few moments to see yourself clearly
