  • We open up our eyes ready for the day.  Do our breathing exercise meditation and feel calm and excited.  Site how grateful we are and look at our goals for the day.  Ready willing and able and then a phone call happens that takes us to a different direction, We accidentally break a dish or someone cancels an important appointment and whammy our peaceful existence starts to break up.  Anxiety begins and overwhelm takes over.  How can we control it?  We can’t control the circumstances but we can control our reaction.   Can we  turn overwhelm into a plus. Can we use that adrenaline to forward us?  I say yes we can.
